Our primary goals are to rescue, nurture and find forever homes for each animal. Unfortunately, it costs money to do this. The team at Chloe Cares works 100% voluntarily and every penny we generate goes back to saving another life. Our adoption fee covers the basic requirements necessary to get the animals from the streets of Puerto Rico into your loving and safe arms. Although we try to make every adoption as affordable as possible, it generally runs between $125-$400 plus the cost of the flights. The airlines charge $125-$250 to fly the dogs. We try to help as much as possible, but we are simply 3 women trying to find homes for thousands of animals. If you can give extra, it goes right back into the fund to help the next dog or cat and is greatly appreciated.
